1. Hello! How are the things in the METALHEAD camp? How does it feel to see your debut album released?
It is an incredible great feeling. We worked so long on the album and sometimes we didn’t expect to publish anything. And finally with the release came all these fantastic reactions. I got emails from all over the world (the most recent were some New Year-wishes from a great metal-maniac out of Croatia)! The reviews were far better then expected, e.g. we made it to the 2nd position in the sound-check of the German Heavy-magazine and the 10th position in the Rock Hard-sound-check. Killer Metal Records even had to order some more copies, because the first 1000 CDs were already sold out (actually 500 additional copies were made).

1. First of all I'd like you to fill us in on what's happening in the BLACK SIXTEEN camp at the moment.
Matt: Things are getting exciting at the moment, after nearly a year playing live together and having some awesome opportunities along the way (supporting GENERATION GRAVEYARD and KING LIZARD to name a couple!), our live act has progressed greatly and we're feeeling very positive for this year. We'll be recording new material, and we're just about to release a homemade compilation promo video for “Sick”, a firm favourite from our debut EP.
Amir: We've just finished work on our first video which should be up by now. We've also written a lot of new material for the next EP, some of which we have already started playing live. We're aiming to have single/video release for one of the new songs early this year as well.

Hello. We are really excited about the release. It gives me an immense sense of personal achievement. We believe in just how strong the material is and hopefully that it will make an impact. Of course it’s only natural to feel anxious, it shows just how much we care!!
